Core – Best quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel lamination are used to manufacture the core to reduce the No Load Loss it is manufactured at our sister concern company who is one of the India’s largest importer of CRGO namely “PARSHWA LAM & CORE INDUSTRIES” who is in this field since last twenty years.

Winding - EC Grade Copper/Aluminium are used to manufacture the transformer coil to reduce the Load Loss. The windings are design to withstand the electrical, mechanical, dynamic & thermal stresses. The coils are reinforced, insulated and impregnated with insulating varnish. Cooling ducts are provided to minimize the intense temperature if required..

Insulation & Oil - The insulation materials like the blocks, pre-compressed boards, porcelain bushing, etc are of the best quality to ensure high life-span of the transformers. The oil used as coolant confirms to IS: 335. Oil is filter to remove moisture before being filled in to transformers.

Tank & Radiators – Tank and Radiators are make robust to sustain the air pressure and to provide effective cooling.

Painting - The tank surface that is exposed to atmosphere are painted with epoxy paint to protect from corrosion. The surface that is in contact with oil is painted with 'Oil & Heat Resistant Paint' instead of ordinary paint.

Fitting & Accessories - Standard fitting recommended in IS 2026 - 1977 and amendment there after are provided however following extra fitting can be provided as per specific requirement of customer like Oil Temp Indicator, winding Temp Indicator, HV & LV Cable Boxes suitable for cable/Bus duct and PRV & Surge Relay.

The transformers are manufactured confirming to ISS / REC Standards.
